Mýra Midnight's personal gallery

Mýra Midnight is my alter-ego, and how I represent myself to the world. She is so much more than a character, and has hardly changed at all since the first she appeared in my drawings. Her color was closer to black in her younger years, which I refer to baby black.

The only features she has gained as she matured is the spikes growing along the spine of her tail, beginning at the tail-base, but they only reach close to half her tail. These she didnt have when younger. And her tail-blade has grown stiff, does not open anymore (so more of a blade than scissors now).

Some history lesson: She used to have dual personality, which would only swap when she was in the presence of too much negativity and anger. Imagine two sisters, one is joyful, oblivious and happy all around, and the other is sarcastic, skeptic and annoyed. They were as opposite as could be, yet they loved each other, the negative one protecting the other by taking in all the negativity so the other might stay obliviously happy for longer. The more chaotic my life became, the more separate they became. And the more balanced as my life has become, they have all but merged together, still adjusting, but their traits have been combined and are no longer apart.
